Responsible to handle calls on the leads generated.

Regular follow-ups with potential clients
Responsible for converting telephonic Enquirers into admissions.

*Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.

Desirable qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

Should have very good communication skills.

Candidates having voice experience and Graduated freshers also welcome

Good English Communication:

Clear speech, good grammar, neutral accent.

Listening Skills:

Understanding customer needs or issues patiently.

Basic Computer Knowledge:

Typing, using software, navigating systems.

Soft Skills:

Patience, empathy, problem-solving.
