In-hand Salary:

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate Experience: Minimum 6 months in a voice-based BPO or customer service role Communication:

Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls Resolve customer queries with a professional approach Maintain call quality, service level, and customer satisfaction Work in a structured, high-performance environment
