This is a full-time on-site role as an International Voice Process team member at First Connect Worldwide in Noida, India. As part of the team, you will be responsible for handling international customer inquiries and providing exceptional support services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting customers with their logistics and transportation needs, ensuring their satisfaction through clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.

Qualifications



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Previous experience in customer service or call center roles Ability to handle international customer inquiries professionally Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Understanding of logistics and transportation processes is a plus English Communication skills is must Internship for 2 months After the complication internship, we offer the full time job offer
