International Voice Process

catering to

UK and US customers

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls for

UK & US customers

professionally Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries efficiently Demonstrate

strong objection handling

and negotiation skills Perform

cross-selling and up-selling

to maximize revenue opportunities Maintain and update customer records using

CRM tools and dialer systems

Achieve individual and team performance targets Follow quality standards, compliance guidelines, and process SOPs Contribute positively to a high-energy, performance-driven work culture

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 1 year of experience

in

International Voice Process

(UK/US preferred)

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (accent-neutral)

Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities Proven experience in

sales, lead generation, or customer engagement

(Hotkey knowledge is an advantage) Familiarity with

CRM tools, MS Office, and dialer systems

Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-oriented environment

Willingness to work in

rotational shifts (UK & US timings)

Positive attitude, confidence, and a results-driven mindset
