Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for
UK & US customers
professionally
Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Demonstrate
strong objection handling
and negotiation skills
Perform
cross-selling and up-selling
to maximize revenue opportunities
Maintain and update customer records using
CRM tools and dialer systems

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience
in
International Voice Process
(UK/US preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (accent-neutral)
Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience in
sales, lead generation, or customer engagement
(Hotkey knowledge is an advantage)
Familiarity with
CRM tools, MS Office, and dialer systems
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts (UK & US timings)
Positive attitude, confidence, and a results-driven mindset
