We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our
International Voice Process
team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and prior experience in international calling (inbound or outbound).
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound/inbound calls for international customers
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients across global regions
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
Document customer interactions in the CRM system
Meet performance targets related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company protocols
Maintain professionalism and positive customer experience during all interactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Required Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in an International Voice Process
Excellent verbal communication in English (neutral or international accent)
Strong listening, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Comfortable working in
night shifts / rotational shifts
Ability to work 6 days a week (as per company requirement)
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per month
