Work in a blended environment, handling customer queries through inbound and outbound calls. Maintain adherence to departmental productivity and quality benchmarks. Aim for achieving a first-call resolution to successfully recover outstanding balances. Professionally manage correspondence with customers.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.

Top-notch communication skills:

You're a natural communicator who can effortlessly engage with international clients.

Experience:

Proven experience in International voice process, particularly in US Debt Collections.

Availability:

Willingness to work in shifts to accommodate International time zones.

Open to commute to our Noida office

Pay: ₹30,230.38 - ₹40,320.69 per month
