Job Title: International Semi Voice

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers with professionalism and accuracy.

Understand customer queries, provide relevant information, and deliver effective resolutions.

Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Document interactions and update customer records in the system.

Follow communication scripts, company procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call quality, response time, and productivity.

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
