Role Overview



As a

Customer Support Specialist

, you will be the first point of contact for UK-based customers delivering exceptional support through effective communication, empathy, and active listening.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound voice calls

from UK customers. Understand and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally at all times. Maintain

accurate records

of all customer interactions in the CRM. Meet and exceed

quality and productivity

standards. Follow

data protection

and UK compliance guidelines. Participate in ongoing

training and performance coaching

sessions.

Candidate Requirements



Experience:

0-3 years in International Voice Process (Mandatory)

Communication:

Excellent verbal English with neutral or UK-accent clarity

Soft Skills:

Strong

communication, empathy, and active listening

abilities

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling experience

Work Schedule:

Comfortable with rotational / night shifts

Availability:

Immediate joiners preferred
