. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting international customers, and providing effective solutions with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
Resolve queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts.
Candidates with prior
BPO / International Voice Process
experience will have an added advantage.
