Role Overview:

As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our international customers. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries, concerns, and requests. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive experience. Resolve customer issues by following established procedures and protocols. Document interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. Adhere to quality standards and performance metrics set by the company. Work efficiently during night shifts and adjust to varying schedules as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in a voice process role or customer service is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of [Language(s) Required]. Ability to articulate clearly and professionally over the phone. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude.
