Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and quick resolution.
Document call details and update CRM systems accurately.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and call handling protocols.
Collaborate with team members and report any escalations or recurring issues.
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience in CRM or ticketing tools.
Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma (with relevant experience).
Salary Range:
?20,000 - ?35,000 per month (depending on experience and communication skills).
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (US/UK/Australian process).
Candidates with prior BPO or call center experience will be given preference.
