International Customer Support Representative -



Position Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our global customers, ensuring their needs are met across different regions, time zones, and cultural contexts. You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities



Provide professional, multilingual support to international customers via email, phone, live chat, and other communication channels. Respond to inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and account management. Troubleshoot technical or service-related issues, escalating complex cases to higher-level support teams when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, product, technical) to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Ensure compliance with international service standards, company policies, and cultural sensitivity guidelines. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve services, processes, and product offerings. Support knowledge base development by documenting FAQs and solutions. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to accommodate international time zones if required.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or client relations, ideally in an international setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Cultural awareness and adaptability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, and digital communication platforms. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
