We have an immediate opening for Customer Support Executive for an International Voice Process -

Night Shift



Mandatory requirements:



-Candidate should have excellent verbal & Written Communication.

-Should be able to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

-Should be able to clarify customers queries and give an appropriate solution

-Should have good logical, analytical and Time Management skills

-Willingness to learn and switch to other verticals

-Should be ready to work in US Shifts.

-Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers

-Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

-Preferably female candidates

-Candidates with 0-2 yrs of experience in BPO (Domestic & International) can also attend.

-Any International Voice process background will be given high priority.

-Knowledge of MS Office & Social Tools

-Fixed shift timings from 8pm to 5am (IST)

-Salary range between 2.5 - 3 Lakhs per annum, based on the skill set & experience

-Immediate joiners are preferred

Benefits:



Pick-up and Drop cab facilities. Performance-based incentives range from Rs 10000- Rs 45000 per month. No Targets. Food will be provided. Saturday & Sunday are fixed weeks off. Intense V & A training as per international standards. Medical Health Insurance.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
