Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Voice Process role in our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior BPO experience handling international voice support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US-based clients Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO (International Voice preferred) Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Salary

?29,000 CTC per month

Working Conditions

5.5 days working per week Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

Transport Facility

Male Employees: Cab reimbursement of ?180 per night shift Female Employees: One-sided cab provided during odd working hours

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?29,000.00 per month
