Hiring for International Voice Process- Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
We are hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team in Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. This role involves handling inbound or outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing excellent service to international clients.

?Y> Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers (US/UK/Australia, etc.).
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Update CRM/ticketing systems accurately after every interaction.
Follow standard operating procedures and call quality guidelines.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Meet performance metrics like AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.

Freshers or 1-3 years of experience in international voice process.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts / weekends.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools).

Prior experience in international BPO / call center.
Knowledge of CRM platforms or ticketing tools.
Experience in domains like tech support, healthcare, e-commerce, or telecom.
