: International Voice Process Executive / Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for Domestic Process and International Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers. You will provide high-quality customer support, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction by following company policies and using CRM tools efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice (phone) in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests related to the client's products or services.
Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems, maintain records of calls, and escalate complex issues when needed.
Work closely with team leads, quality analysts, and trainers to improve process efficiency and customer experience.
Provide feedback on process improvement areas, and contribute to the development of FAQs or policy documents.
Required Qualifications / Skills :
Education: 12th pass or Graduate Complete.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM and MS Office.
