Key Responsibilities:
Handle
customer queries and complaints via calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and effective resolution
within defined timelines.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
through excellent service.
Meet performance targets
including quality, productivity, and adherence.
Keep records
of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
Collaborate
with team members and support other functions when required.
Requirements:
Excellent communication
skills in English (both verbal and written).
Good
listening and problem-solving
abilities.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
Prior experience in a voice process (international or domestic) is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
