Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about helping customers and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in
Punjabi
is essential, as you will be supporting Punjabi-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate solutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
Accurately log customer issues and resolutions in the system
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open issues
Key Requirements:
Fresh graduates welcome - training will be provided

Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
