We're looking for energetic and driven individuals with a minimum of

1 year of experience in International BPO (Voice Process)

, to join our team as

Business Development Associates (BDA)

.

Key Responsibilities :

Reach out to potential international customers and build rapport through phone conversations. Learn about our products and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients. Handle outbound calls with customers, assisting with inquiries and transferring calls as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education : 12th Pass

Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO voice process.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English
