Care Coordinators for our International Voice Process
to manage patient queries, coordinate care with physicians, and deliver high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound & outbound international calls
with patients and members.
Assess caller needs and determine the required service level or follow-up.
Coordinate with
TruDoc 24x7 doctors
and clinical teams for case updates.
Schedule appointments, arrange referrals, and support care plans as directed by physicians.
Document call details, patient information, and case follow-up actions accurately.
Confirm member eligibility and provide relevant assistance.
Guide callers for teleconsultation, emergency referrals, or community services if needed.
Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement activities.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal & written) - mandatory.
Strong listening, problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Ability to handle high-pressure and sensitive medical calls with empathy.
Good computer proficiency, typing accuracy, and documentation skills.
Graduate in any stream (minimum).
Prior experience in
international voice process / call centre
preferred.
Flexible to work in
rotational shifts
Not night Shift
Knowledge of call centre telephony systems and CRM tools.
Understanding of healthcare, telehealth or medical processes (added advantage).
