Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects using the provided data. Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions. Follow company protocols and scripts where necessary.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication and speaking skills.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.Ability to work the night shift (US EST: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST).
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.Preferred:
Previous experience in voice-based roles (BPO/call center) is a plus, but not required.
