We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for the

International Voice Process - Banking Domain

. This role requires individuals with prior international BPO voice experience to assist our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound banking-related voice calls Assist with debit and credit card replacements Resolve payment gateway issues Address and resolve customer/client queries effectively Maintain performance metrics like Average TAT, Resolution Rate, and AHT

Candidate Requirements

Minimum

6 months of experience

in an International BPO Voice Process Must have completed

12th grade or equivalent

Comfortable working in

night shifts

Willingness to

work from office

initially for training (6-8 weeks), followed by

Work from Home

Should be an

immediate joiner
