Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the UK, Australia, and the US , building rapport, understanding client needs, and promoting our services with integrity, as a representer for Ethical Den\'s Digital Marketing and Software Development services.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our services can address their needs.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and meeting their expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align strategies and contribute to our business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and insights in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months- 1 year of proven experience in tele calling sales & marketing exposure, showcasing your ability to excel in a client-focused role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with an articulate and professional phone manner.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Software Development concepts will be advantageous.
  • Adaptability to tailor conversations based on client preferences and evolving business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a steady flow of calls and interactions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to exceed targets while maintaining ethical practices.
Work Schedule:
  • 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
