International Call Dispatcher - Cleaning Services (UK-Based Company)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

International Call Dispatcher

to support a UK-based cleaning services company. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage appointment scheduling, assist customers with queries, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidates with experience supporting

UK, US, Canadian, or Australian clients

are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and update the daily booking calendar according to cleaner availability. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy. Confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required. Log all customer interactions and maintain organised records. Provide daily updates to management on schedules, changes, and important client concerns. Escalate complex or urgent issues to internal teams when necessary. Meet performance standards, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and scheduling accuracy.

Job Requirements

Graduate with

3-10+ years of experience

in a BPO, call centre, dispatcher, appointment setter, or virtual assistant role. Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident phone presence. Mandatory experience handling international calls (UK/US/Canada/Australia). Proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook), CRMs, or booking systems. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

7:30 AM - 7:30 PM UK Time

Minimum

5 Days per week

(each 12 hours)
