Key Responsibilities:
Handle US-based customer calls (outbound)
Resolve requirements and provide accurate information
Maintain call quality, compliance, and documentation
Meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, etc.)
Requirements:
1+ years in US voice process (support/sales)
Excellent English speaking and writing skills with neutral accent
Good problem-solving and CRM knowledge
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs
US healthcare, telecom, or banking domain experience
Upselling skills
