Customer Support Executives

for an

International Voice / Non-Voice Process

in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer interactions for international clients through calls, emails, or chat, ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesVoice Process

Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/Australia) Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions Follow communication and quality standards Update customer details in CRM systems
Non-Voice Process

Respond to customer queries via email and live chat Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution Maintain high accuracy and productivity levels Adhere to process guidelines and SLAs
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?325,000.00 - ?375,000.00 per year
