Role Overview
International Voice Support Associate will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with our products, applications, and services. You will diagnose issues, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, networking, or application functionality.
Ensure excellent customer experience and service satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux preferred).
