About the Role:


We are seeking motivated and service-oriented candidates (freshers or with up to 2 years' relevant experience) to join an International Voice Process team. This position involves handling US healthcare customer service through voice communication.

Key Qualifications:



Graduate (any discipline), preferably 2022-2024 pass-outs Excellent spoken English (minimum B2 level) Confident, clear, and professional communication skills Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities Willingness to work night shifts Based in or ready to relocate to Bangalore
