Service Provider's Responsibilities: The service provider should ensure the resources are willing to work on Night shifts (US Shift) and should be flexible to work. Return to office (work from office mandatory) - therefore, Bangalore-based candidates ONLY. Exposure to a US contact centre is preferable Rotational work week can be Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun. Both ways, a cab facility is provided within a radius.

Beloware skilled resources from time to time as appropriate

Contact Centre Operations, Customer support, Inbound and Outbound calls to US-based candidates to screen them for the client's hiring requirement. Recording the outcome of the call on tool. Excellent Comm skills Be ready to work in US hours (Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST) Exposure to US contact centre preferable. Work from the Office is mandatory & Weekend working.
