team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries from international clients professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
Maintain call records and update information in the system.
Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
Ability to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Freshers and candidates with international BPO experience are welcome.
Age between 18 to 30 years.
