We are looking for Customer Service Associates (CSAs) for an International Voice Process to handle inbound calls from healthcare professionals regarding medical products, benefits, claims, and eligibility inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve calls from doctors and hospitals regarding medical products, benefits, claims, eligibility, and non-clinical utilization management issues.
Authenticate customer and healthcare professional information, accurately document call details, and ensure data is properly recorded in client systems.
Use available resources to provide timely and effective resolutions, including sending or managing outgoing faxes as part of the inquiry resolution process.
Maintain a professional demeanour and foster positive working relationships with team members, internal departments, and external clients.
