Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Recent pass-outs are encouraged to apply) Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) Willingness to work in night shifts (aligned with US time zones) Immediate joiners only Candidates from Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for US Healthcare clients professionally. Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Adhere to company policies and guidelines while ensuring excellent customer experience. Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
