International Voice Process (Customer Support)

Eligibility:

Qualification: 12th Pass and above Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply Excellent communication skills in English required

Salary:

Freshers: ?18,000 - ?20,000 per month Experienced: Up to ?38,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Details:

5 Days working 2 Rotational offs Rotational shifts (including night shifts) 2-way cab/transport facility provided (if applicable by process)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international clients Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication Adhere to company policies and process guidelines
