Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
Resolve queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain call quality and adhere to compliance guidelines
Update systems and databases accurately
Meet performance targets and service level agreements
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process
Minimum educational qualification: 2nd PUC (12th pass)
Must reside within the company's designated transport zone
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
