Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving queries promptly and accurately.
Maintain call quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Update and track customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals, KPIs, and customer
satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process environment.
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners preferred for quicker onboarding.
