Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely resolutions. Handle customer queries efficiently via calls, chat, or email. Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Requirements:



Prior

experience in international customer support

(minimum 6 months - 1 year preferred) Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Must be Graduates

Work Details:



5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs Rotational Shifts (24/7 process) Both-way cab facility / Travel allowance available Supportive and collaborative team culture Salary: upto 35,000 CTC per month ( based on last drawn salary)
