We're Hiring! | International Voice Process - Night Shift

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19 - Udyog Vihar

Open Positions:-

We have vacancies for 2 profiles:

Sales Profile

Make outbound calls to potential US clients
Pitch logistics & freight services confidently
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate follow-ups and CRM records
Operations Profile

Coordinate with clients & internal teams for smooth shipments
Handle documentation and update records
Ensure timely communication with US counterparts
Support sales team with operational requirements
Requirements (For Both Profiles)

? Fluent in English (spoken & written)

?Confident, patient, and professional on calls

? Prior experience in international calling / sales / operations is a plus
