Salary Range - 21,000 to 3528,000 (depends on the communication skills and experience)Shift - Rotational Shift (Cab Facility Provided)
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
