About the Role:
We are conducting a walk-in drive at Jabalpur for the position of Customer Support Executive for our Ahmedabad location. The role includes managing customer queries through voice and non-voice channels, delivering accurate information, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain clear and polite communication at all times
Work in rotational shifts (night shifts may be required)
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional language
Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Open to graduates and undergraduates
