Role Overview

As a Voice Process Executive, you will interact with customers over the phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product or service information. You will ensure customer satisfaction through professional, courteous, and solution-oriented communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism Resolve queries promptly and empathetically Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer delight

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a voice process or customer service (minimum 1 year) preferred Excellent verbal English communication skills with clear pronunciation Basic computer knowledge and listening skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts

Salary:

?24,000 - ?38,000 CTC per month (based on interview & experience)
