Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
Escalation:
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team when necessary.
Sales (sometimes):
Upsell products or services to customers.
Target Achievement:
Meet individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution rates.
Qualifications and skills
Education:
Minimum of 12th pass is often the minimum requirement, though some roles may require a graduate degree.
Experience:
Entry-level roles for freshers are common, but some positions may prefer or require previous international BPO experience.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Customer Service:
