Identify and analyze resumes, extracting relevant keywords based on organizational requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates from job boards and other platforms.
Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assess candidates' suitability and complete required documentation.
Keep applicants informed about their application status throughout the hiring process.
Act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
Conduct initial communication with potential candidates and provide guidance on IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, while sharing insights into effective internal hiring practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research.
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
