Role Overview:
You'll be the first point of contact for international clients and investors -- managing calls, sharing information about our projects, and helping strengthen our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound international calls professionally
Build rapport with clients, investors & financial advisors
Present company details and investment opportunities clearly and confidently
Maintain client records and follow up regularly
Collaborate with the business development team for lead nurturing
Stay updated on company projects and investor offerings
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Marketing, Sales
1-4 years of experience in international calling, customer service, or tele-sales (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Confident, polite, and well-spoken on calls
Self-motivated, target-oriented & professional in demeanor
Willing to work flexible hours to align with international time zones
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
