Job Role: International Voice Process
Experience: 6 Months- 3years

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our international voice support team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international voice processes, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound/outbound international calls related to customer service, support, or sales.
-Resolve customer issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
-Update customer information accurately in the system after each interaction.
-Adhere to quality and process guidelines set by the organization.
-Meet or exceed performance metrics like call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
-Work in rotational shifts and night shifts as per process requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-6 months to 3 years of experience in an international voice process (BPO/KPO/ITES).
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
-Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
-Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with US/UK/AU voice processes.
-Knowledge of sales/customer retention.
-Graduate or undergraduate with relevant work experience.
