24x7 rotational shifts

Working Days:

5 days a week

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues Maintain call logs and update CRM systems Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria



Education:

Graduate Freshers

with excellent communication skills are welcome

HSC (12th pass)

candidates must have

minimum 6 months of experience

in a voice process

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night hours
