Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
Follow call scripts and standard procedures to handle various customer scenarios.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English (or other required languages)
.
Prior experience in an
international voice process/BPO/call center
is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
Ability to work in
night shifts
.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
