International Voice Process Executives

for

Sales and Customer Support

roles. The position involves interacting with International customers, resolving their queries, and promoting relevant products/services to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound International calls Provide customer support and resolve issues efficiently Promote products/services and generate sales leads Upsell and cross-sell as per customer requirements Maintain accurate customer records in the system Follow quality, compliance, and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

Excellent English communication skills

Comfortable working in

night shifts

Sales-oriented mindset with customer focus Freshers & experienced candidates can apply Prior International BPO / Sales experience is an advantage
