We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
International Voice Process Executive
to handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and prior experience in international BPO/voice support.
Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
from international customers.
Provide
accurate information
, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain
call quality standards
and follow company guidelines.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet
process targets
such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer feedback.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Requirements:
Excellent
English verbal communication
skills.
Strong
listening and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle irate customers professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM tools.
Prior experience in
international voice/BPO processes
is mandatory
