We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive with prior international process experience. This role involves assisting customers, handling queries via calls, emails, and chat, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
Perform blended customer service tasks -
90% Voice & 10% Email/Chat.
Maintain call notes, update CRM systems, and ensure data accuracy.
Provide timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
Multitask between communication and documentation efficiently.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Prior experience in
international customer service (voice process).
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Ability to multitask and maintain detailed records.
Comfortable working in
night shifts (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM).
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
