Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Data entry in various platforms

Desired Skills

Fresher's as well as candidates with 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, organizes, and prioritizes work
